A major doubts that assail us when formalizing a mortgage is the choice of the benchmark set by the interest rate on our loan. In this article we will address one of these major benchmarks like the IRPH (query here the evolution of the Euribor) The IRPH, is one of the indicators used by various financial institutions to update the rate of interest rate mortgages variable of its customers.
Just as we did in the article on the evolution of IRPH throughout all of 2009 and also the IRPH 2008, we will try to analyze in this post everything that happens to IRPH and developments in the year 2010, a priori, it is quite as favorable to the mortgage than the previous year.
