Forex trading currencies with the News
November 11th, 2009
The operation of the news has become a popular technique for operating the Forex markets ... and why should not it? Again and again, we see currency pairs move from 50 to 100 pips in minutes or even seconds after the publication of a lead story. When you see this, I bet you think: "50 to 100 pips!? "That's easy money." Maybe it is and maybe not. Everything depends on how prepared you to run the publication of a story.
The objective of this lesson is not to give a specific strategy to "Negotiating the News". The aim is to focus in the right direction and show you some of the risks involved in negotiating these events.
Why Trading on the News?
Negotiate news publications can become a
significant tool to its arsenal of operations. You may want to be your only weapon. Recent economic reports usually stimulate strong market movements in the short term, which creates great investment opportunities for opportunistic investors. And with the Forex is open 24 hours and a truly global market, there are many opportunities almost every day of operations for further market volatility that starts a business news report.
