The shares traded on the Italian stock market MTA are divided into Blue Chip, Star and Standard, depending on the size and requirements met by each of them.
In particular, the electronic stock market MTA is divided into 3 segments:
The segment Blue Chip , dedicated to companies with a capitalization of more than 1 billion; The Star (Segment with High Requirements for Securities) for midsize companies with market capitalization between 40 million and 1 billion, which have requirements of excellence these companies undertake to comply with specific commitments in terms of liquidity, transparency and corporate governance.
Segment Standard - for other companies with a capitalization of € 40 m and € 1 billion.
