The phenomenon of the rise of the prices in foods is, nowadays, one of the main preoccupations of the developed countries. Several international organisms have attributed to the cereal plantations for the production of biocombustibles the cause of the inflationary push, an opinion that already we have discussed at the time, but that it serves as departure point to understand the phenomenon of the prices and how the rise of prices is infected on the inside and outside a market.
