This morning, IQPF and the Financial Planners Standards Council (PSC) announced at the general meeting of the IQPF an agreement in principle include the mutual recognition of their title over the territory of the other agency.
In other words, the end Pl. Quebec IQPF members, will follow the examination and obtain their CFP certification without having to undergo the training required by the agency that oversees the profession in English Canada. They can then practice their profession in all other provinces. Similarly, members of the PSC who wish to practice in Quebec that will stand the test of IQPF and would benefit from as late Pl in La Belle Province. A Fin.Pl. Quebecois wishes to avail itself of the CFP will have to
