Offshore Definition

Although the term is commonly used on offshore and its definition are not always very clear. Yet very frequently spoken of bank accounts or offshore companies. How can one explain the offshore and its definition?

The new decree incentives

Incentives

The final sum made available to the Fund for the provision of incentives to support consumption, sustainable mobility, energy efficiency, occupational safety and innovation (established in the Ministry of Economic Development) amounted to 300 million euros. The final version of the decree provides for bonuses for the purchase of motorcycles and electric appliances energy efficient, but also incentives for the construction of buildings meeting the parameters of energy conservation and the purchase of machinery for agricultural use. Among the measures proposed, moreover, are also fighting for those who purchase high efficiency motors and boating. In the coming days, a decree of the Ministry of Economic Development (in consultation with the MEF and the Ministry of Environment) will be announced the arrangements for delivery of assistance and the ceilings set for each type.

Financial markets are betting on economic recovery

Why markets do collapse they not? The latest statistics on economic growth in the first quarter were appalling throughout the world. They show a contraction exceptional overall wealth produced and its main components, exports, consumption and investment. These figures are unprecedented since the Second World War they should frighten.

And yet … Contrary to what one might expect to face such a disaster, markets do not collapse. Just they have started a movement of consolidation following a tremendous recovery of nearly 30% since the end of March, matching the low point reached by the indices. Why? This can be explained by what one might call the magic of the second derivative.

The current behavior of financial markets may seem paradoxical and irrational. It can be explained by a change in sentiment about the likely evolution and future of the global economy. The prevailing sentiment until mid-March was more than one entry into a phase of depression long, resulting in several years of negative growth, a banking collapse and deflation sustainable price.

The recent publication of leading indicators of the economy and for elements as important as the price of real estate transactions, retail sales and slowing down the production of bank loans has changed the analysis investors about the likely evolution of the macroeconomic environment and financial.

The slowdown in the deterioration of fundamentals can be explained and measured in the magic of the second derivative finance.
