Stock Exchange on Wall Street signals are becoming increasingly gloomy. Two graphs Bag explain the situation better than words. A Wall Street crosses the NYSE average 50 and 200 downward (dark cross) and the Nasdaq is preparing to close a large head shoulders downward. The American Stock Exchange sends signals from Wall Street. As you can see from the chart of the Nasdaq composite, the second shoulder (shoulder) of the bearish head shoulders is forming a statistically impeccable and the index of U.S. prepares to test the neckline ( red line) passing through the level / area from 2150 to 2175. The performance of the U.S. D, crude oil, gold and global stock indexes have stalled in key technical barriers, as traders are waiting to be guided by the feeling of risk, with Friday’s publication GDP figures for the second quarter.
Stock Exchange Index MSCI World – Prices remain tight between the support in 61.8% of reverse Fibonacci in the rebound from July 1 to August 5 ($ 1,076.93) and the line downward trend established in the high oscillation de Mayo (now in $ 1,088.08). Resistance is reinforced by the 50% Fib at $ 1,092.60. The path of least resistance continues to point lower, with a break below support exposing the 76.4% Fib at $ 1,057.54. It is very common that stock is transacted in blocks divisible by 100, which is called a round lot. A round lot has become a standard trading unit on the public exchanges for quite sometime ago.
In stock market, we have the right to buy and sell an unlimited number of shares as long as there are people are willing to sell and we are willing to buy at the price that the seller has fixed. Usually, for a brokerage firm, they set their commission for a transaction for minimum 100 units of share at a certain price. If we buy less than 100 units of share, they still impose us this commission. For an example, if we buy 100 units share and pay the brokerage firm USD 30 for the buy and sell transactions, they also charge us that amount: USD 30 also, if we only buy and sell 1 units of share. U.S. Retail Sales fall, Producer Prices decline. U.S. dollars mixed in Forex Trading.
U.S. Retail Sales decreased for the fifth month in a row in November, according to a report by the U.S. Commerce Department released today. Advance estimates of November retail sales showed that sales decreased by 1.8 percent to $ 355.7 billion from October. On an annual basis, retail sales have decreased by 4.7 percent from the November 2007 level.
